I diet once a year for about a month and tend to lose about a stone
1) Give up booze and junk
2) Eat a calorie deficit of around 1000 a day
3) Do around 1000 calories of walking a day
You should lose a pound every couple of days at first as you are burning 2000 more calories than you are taking in (a pound is around 3500 calories).
Weight training as well really helps to do as well, even if just a small amount, but I really hate it so I avoid it unless very desperate and fat |

Don't forget them refusing to play games on the anniversary of Hillsborough but happy to hold a massive parade on the anniversary of Heysel.
Or the high profile campaign to try to release Michael Shields who smashed a concrete block over some old bloke's head and almost killed him.
Or booing Abide With Me before the cup final FFS.
Or snatching Champions League final tickets out the hands of child Liverpool supporters as they queued up for the final and others shoving their way in on mass despite having YNWA 97 tattooed on their back. etc.etc. |

I hate offsides where they are 99% level and a tiny bit of shoulder or ankle is offside. Give it a 20cm grey zone and if you're ahead of that you're offside.
No one looked at goals like the one Inter had disallowed against Barcelona in the first leg and said it was offside before VAR. |

Mad how they won 3 of the last 4 which looked like it would be enough and still went down with a game to play, at least they went down fighting I suppose.
