Wasn't Ziyech close to joining us in our PL days? |

It seems that we actually signed Samuels-Smith from Chelsea. Having left Chelsea 33 days ago to join Strasbourg for £6.5 million on a permanent deal, he rejoined Chelsea yesterday permanently before joining us. Bizarre. |

Wrong on all counts mate. Idah will come in regardless Vipi staying or going. Lowe....we are better than that now, especially in our recruitment. |

From Football Park on "X" Swansea City are now close to agreeing a deal with CF Montréal for striker Sunusi Ibrahim. Wrexham were interested, but Swansea are in poll position. The forward has 20 goals in MLS but has been frozen out after pushing for a move to the Championship. |

I cannot understand the knocking of Idah to be honest. He went to Celtic for £9 million and if (if) we do sign him, it will be for a couple of million. Very good business, the right age, injury free for a while now and knows where the net is (albeit in the SPL). |

You can't really think that our excellent transfer window would be ruined without a striker and that we've been here before. Yes, we need a striker (and we will sign one I'm sure) but you must have a short memory if you think this transfer window has the chance of being a poor one. Our strategy has been excellent throughout and is night and day compared to the old regime. [Post edited 22 Aug 16:44]

I really like our transfer strategy. Buying younger players (inoussa, Galbraith, Wales, Franco, Wedell and hopefully a 9) who not only are upgrades but who may well make a significant profit for us in the future. We seem to have gotten it right at last. |

Thing is, the Chelsea Chronicle website are stating Guiu won't be joining us crediting the Wales Online with this information. WoL and Coleman are getting undeserved credit and this really has to stop. |

I enjoyed the Snoop eating Joe's ice-cream video. Now we'll have Snoop sitting opposite Oli in Rossi's whist he signs his contract over a rissole and chips with Snoop saying "gotta love the fries at Rossi's at Swan Sea City". |

Ben Lloyd was on trial at Cheltenham recently, now at Newport - I presume this is for a loan. Is this a new thing for loanees, perhaps? |

No, don't think so. Josiah played for Brighton's younger age group teams, I believe and was at T&T, the team that Jason Scotland played for. Looks a big unit for 17. |

A lot of people with poor mental health are in employment and I support these people to remain or return to work. It's not a question of whether people can work with anxiety and depression, as you say, working has countless benefits to wellbeing. People need appropriate support when they are struggling as most want to get back to work. The problem is with the mindset of those who use mental health are a convenient hurdle to say they can't work and to claim UC and P.I.P (though you can work and claim P.I.P). The majority of people who are struggling are genuine, of ourse, but there are also those who don't want to find a job too. I |
