Thing is, the Chelsea Chronicle website are stating Guiu won't be joining us crediting the Wales Online with this information. WoL and Coleman are getting undeserved credit and this really has to stop. |

I enjoyed the Snoop eating Joe's ice-cream video. Now we'll have Snoop sitting opposite Oli in Rossi's whist he signs his contract over a rissole and chips with Snoop saying "gotta love the fries at Rossi's at Swan Sea City". |

Ben Lloyd was on trial at Cheltenham recently, now at Newport - I presume this is for a loan. Is this a new thing for loanees, perhaps? |

No, don't think so. Josiah played for Brighton's younger age group teams, I believe and was at T&T, the team that Jason Scotland played for. Looks a big unit for 17. |

A lot of people with poor mental health are in employment and I support these people to remain or return to work. It's not a question of whether people can work with anxiety and depression, as you say, working has countless benefits to wellbeing. People need appropriate support when they are struggling as most want to get back to work. The problem is with the mindset of those who use mental health are a convenient hurdle to say they can't work and to claim UC and P.I.P (though you can work and claim P.I.P). The majority of people who are struggling are genuine, of ourse, but there are also those who don't want to find a job too. I |

P.I.P has care and mobility components to it. The money used from P.I.P should be used for adaptations (in the home, etc) and support to attend medical appointments. I would say that many people see P.I.P as a top-up to their benefits and do not use the money for what it is designed for. |

I work within the NHS / local authority as part of mental health.services I feel frustrated at the waiting times for therapies and diagnosis. A year for some therapies and 3 years plus for ASD / ADHD diagnosis. I work with people and have no waiting list. I'm frustrated at the wait for other services when there is an obvious need in the here and now. Great pointers from Keith in the initial post on how to manage your own wellbeing. I would add that if you are really struggling, reach out to your GP, or to the NHS 111#2 service or visit A&E. Reach out and talk, to family, friends, the Samaritans (116123) or to SHOUT (text 85258). Happy for people to message me for any advice / guidance. |

No disrespect to Scottish football but the standard of Montrose and Elgin is comparable to that of the Cymru Premier, as has been seen in Scottish Challenge Cup which two Welsh clubs played in up until last season. Under 23's is probably a better standard or like you say a loan move to League 1 or 2. |

Swans sign CB Blair McKenzie for the Under 21 side. Previously at Aberdeen and played 20 plus games for Montrose in League 1 last season. Played for Elgin in League 2 prior to this. Let go by Aberdeen and picked up with the Gavin Levey club links I would think. |
