My understanding was that the first 10 years of the lease covered the initial loan and then the rent became a % of turnover. When JobServe took over the stadium naming rights I think the deal was the sponsorship was equal to the rent, so theoretically the stadium is paid for and we're there rent free. |

Putting the Barrow fans in E1 & E2 and opening up the north stand for home supporters would be the logical option... but they removed the seats from E1 & E2. |
