She is a great coach with a UEFA A licence, the highest practical coaching award available. Her MBE was for her work raising awareness of football and diversity.

The role she has taken at Spurs is International Development Coach. Spurs have a global player development programme with some 45k players and coaches involved with their pathways. They have a global reach; this is why they attract players from all over the world to their teams. As we want the U8s upwards at QPR to develop a consistent way of playing, Spurs have that through player development programmes, player ID festivals and academies. It's a bit more than a vague role.

You can nominate anyone you think deserves an MBE and the awarding panel assumed she deserved it. If there are great coaches without MBEs, feel free to nominate them yourself. https://www.nominate-uk-honour.service.gov.uk/

How the strategy, relationships, structure, processes, skills, systems, behaviours, attitudes and culture of an organisation need to be aligned for maximum performance. What happens when they're not and what to do about it.

I was at an event recently and a speaker was late. I was asked to do a 20 minute fill on the topic of the event - organisational performance - unscripted and no props.

What could you do a tight 20 minutes on if asked?

Very much so - just a jocular post.

There are some nice bits there but every time I've been - about a dozen or so in the last 30 years - it's never stood out as a destination.

He wouldn't come here, move his family to London and up sticks to take them to Hull.

I mean it looks nice but...

Add in Fox playing better post injury and it's perfectly sensible. I have faith that MC et al are much more understanding of the owner relationship than we had before - partly because they haven't been here long enough, and they're very different people.

Really nice guy, very humble and hugely appreciative of everything the club has done for him. He helped out the development squad for the last few months with Albert and has been a consummate professional.

He's been a great ambassador for the club and I wish him nothing but good luck and best wishes for the future.

He can be very indiscreet and it wouldn't surprise me if he said it. And, to be fair to him, we were fùcked financially when he took charge. He knew he had to cut wages and was looking at it from a very pessimistic view. It's his nature; he works best from an underdog mindset.

As Clive says in his report, Marti thinks differently and takes on an Appreciative Inquiry approach to development of the team and squad.
