Hi all, we’re doing a house swap this Christmas with a mate who lives in Claygate. I’ll be in London for the Leicester home game on the 20th of December. Wanting to take my two little Rs to a game at HQ so I wanted to know how far out can I book tickets? I found a travel company that can book tickets for 89 Euros but that seems extortionate. Any advice would be gratefully received.
If we can’t get tickets then I’ll go to a QPR fan pub just to soak up some atmosphere along with a trip to the club shop for souvenirs.

He’s a great player. More like a Chair type player - eye for a pass, good shot both feet and very skilful. Another highly rated young Aussie. Currently the Socceroos coach, Tony Popovic is trying to chase Greece away from him as he also qualifies to play for the Greeks.
Would think he fits the type of player Monsieur Nourry likes to acquire |

I’ve watched the A-League since it’s inception and would agree it’s probably League 1 standard generally. That said, some of the more technical players are well suited to the championship. Some of the best football I’ve ever seen was watching Brisbane Roar during the Ange Postecoglou era so our league sometimes gets it right. In Australia we have 4 football codes so the best athletes get torn in different directions and our national team suffers from this as the pipeline is not as full as it is in most other countries which holds us back.
I’ve seen Pearlman play and he is a good one for the future who should do well for us. |

Was at the Brisbane Marathon wearing the hoops today to watch my son and met 3 Rs. One was competing and came over to high five me in the way past, another bloke in the crowd said he was from Shepherds Bush and another stopped to chat and told me all about “Hoops down under” (not a Basketball club).
Maybe we’re not a dying bred after all. Urrrrs ! 😎 |
