The away coaches are a right pain in the arse. It's alright walking to the ground before the game as the fans (Saints) arrival times are staggered over a couple of hours. After the match however it's a completely different story. 1000s of fans pouring into melbourne st after the whistle has always been a squash. but now the coaches take up around 1/3rd of the width of the street/pavement. It's dangerous. I've changed my walk home as a consequence. |

What on earth is going on behind the Chapel stand.
The building that caught fire and was being demolished has been flattened along with EVERY other building on that side of the street.
The whole site has been boarded up, but it's a massive site.
Ideal for use as a coach park for visiting fans , or dare i say ground extension. Anybody heard anything . |

I don't see what principles he's surrendered. He's always coveted fame and fortune and he's done exceptionally well for himself and his family.
He hasn't inherited titles or wealth, he's earned it all from his and his old ladies work.
As far as i am concerned he deserves it more than some politician who has spent his whole career toadying or because he's from some privileged family.

With his missus working for Sky tv Brentford would of been ideal for him.

There will be many disappointed Saints fans wanting to go to Wrexham next season. They have a small ground with a capacity similar to that of boscombe. So expect an allocation of between 1000 - 1500 max. |

You're right. That would be a vast improvement on what we've had to endure this season.
But to gain promotion, a team would need a win rate of around 60%.
Last season 40% would of seen us finish around 10th.
So no. not good enough if we have genuine promotion ambitions. [Post edited 24 Apr 11:30]

As always Nick, your optimism is to be admired.
However, i would say your comment that at least three players who started saturday should not start this week, ought to be changed to only three players who started last week deserve to start this week.
I give you Ramsdale, Walker-Peters and Fernandes. Sadly all three will be out the door in the summer. |
