A second and third bid, with a fourth in the offing - all from different European clubs now reporting by WLS.
Very promising and it’ll be interesting to see how tempted the club get. I feel we’ll probably hold onto him for at least until the Jan window (dependent on how strong his performances become) before selling on.
Could be the bit of gold needed from last summer’s intake!

I do prefer this model of being ruthless if they aren’t there by 20/21 - my question would be, why did we keep him on this year if, no matter how strongly he performed in the Dev squad (ie being a top performer which he seemed to be), they were going to deem him too old for the amount of men’s football experience he’s had. Seems like both parties have wasted a year . |

It's more the subs in the areas where we've lost the game that we're hamstrung by (i.e. FB / CB), I'd be bringing on Colback / Lloyd / Dixon-bonner etc. at this stage but would've brought on our starters if we weren't 3 down... |

Really poor defending, and, whilst we were the better side for about 20 minutes, the amount of times we've given it away (Ashby in particular) means little complaint. That being said, with the amount of injuries we've had - and the obvious lack of depth at full back / CB - I can't blame Marti for his lack of subs in this one. |
