RE Field playing further up the pitch, we want him arriving late in the box, or taking at the most two touches. He can finish, but once you ask him to do much more than that he struggles. [Post edited 10 Aug 12:05]

Slap me down but i've come to begrudgingly admire Young over the last 10 years or so. The diving stopped, reinvented himself, moved to Italy and won a title, returned to the PL and still playing at a good level into his 40s. It is hard to not respect someone playing consistently into their 40s. Looks to have a good steady life outside of football as well from what i've seen.

I don't know if anyone has heard of the 'iPhone face' concept, but Steve Cook has features the opposite of that. Maybe 'meat raffle face' or even 'witch-ducking face'. |

A remarkably nothing story carried only by the Mail, the Telegraph, GB News, etc. That triumverate of godlike reporting.
having read the article it sounds like the well-to-do residents of West Kensington have been breathing down the neck of the council about fly-tipping and the like and have them on tenterhooks. yeah it's a load of nonsense but was resolved, and likely, in theory, for the benefit of people like the man in question.

you have to be under 21 when the qualifying starts. Hasn't it been that way forever? or you'd end up with almost a completely different squad in the tournament to that you started with. |
