I found this article as I follow cycling closely. First of all my immediate reaction was "what a f***wit" and it is indeed dated March. But Roger Hammond now works at Red Bull Bora Hansgrohe. So I think it's an old article. As much as BW is abit of a charlatan in my eyes. This article is from 2021 I think. Just strange how it's dated March 2025. |

WLS attitude towards reporting has changed alot. One minute he is posting Marti's dissenting sly digs at Nourry on a weekly basis. Next minute he is all in again. Wonder if a deal has been made with the club or something. I mean he will have bills to pay. |

I would have to disagree on that because during his time with the club, Marti continually spoke of the need to be talk positively about ourselves. He spoke of not doing the "that would be typical QPR" stuff. He spoke of aiming higher consistently, he spoke of not being happy even after wins, about pushing harder. [Post edited 24 Jun 22:01]

As I say happy to give him time as the injuries never helped and he is young. He had a few goal involvements but also had more than one game where he was hooked at HT. We never once looked a balanced outfit with him in the side. That's my worry. |

Dave Mc has been quoted saying Saito has two years remaining on his contract at Lommell and that discussions are going with Lommell. Dave also thinks we shouldn't sign him and we should go for more physicality in that area. I do agree with the latter, but I would swap Saito for Dembele in a heartbeat (who i do not rate but will give him time as he is so young). Im landing on Dave's side here. Lovely little player, but we do need more physicality and he will cost us a pretty penny as the city group will want their skinful from us. |

One agent of a player said "It doesn't matter what I think of him, he's given my player two new contracts" As for the wider staff around the club, there is discourse. But again, only one winner. |

I have a question, i have switched off from Rangers for most of this summer, so maybe I have missed something. Has there been concrete proof that Marti was courting other clubs? Even if he was, why is everyone seeing this as a big deal, they nearly sacked him in November, course he's going to be keeping an eye out. Anyway, wish him all the best. Loved the bloke, thought he was excellent and we failed to look after him and manage his personality correctly. |

Is that a joke? Pathetic from said steward. Hopefully the club sort it out, Ben is a lovely bloke that wouldn't hurt a fly. |

I heard he got chucked out last night. I'm not on social twitface anymore, does anyone know of details why this happened and the clubs response? |

Clive is right about getting outside. I also quit twitter today, sad to leave people I like conversing with on there, but 'ChairSzn' and accounts like that have just taken over the QPR twittersphere and I only really stayed for QPR news and chat. Calippo and a pint of light ale please. |

On reflection, yes its easy to go deeper down the rabbit hole. But if the club had a better communications strategy, NONE of this circus would be happening. The silence and secrecy from the person running the club absolutely helps no-one. The stories about the DOP and manager could be nipped in the bud with one quick statement. And herein lies the problem, we never used to get injury updates or updates on anything. Just a word salad with buzzwords when something of note happened. If we change manager, the same things will happen because the man running the show is trying to keep things on the downlow to avoid scrutiny and is a really bad communicator. Paul Morrissey is a lovely bloke, I think that he probably pulls his hair out about the clubs strategy comms wise currently. I dont think he agrees at all. [Post edited 26 Apr 7:57]

I am far from a Hoos fan but he wasn't on Beards level of rubbishness. Beard was a massive ****. Ase useless as a pair of glasses on a man with one ear. |

Dont expect that. Lee Hoos has hitched his Waggon to Nourry and has been heard in the W12 bad mouthing Marti. |

That would require ownership of the situation from Amit and Reuben. Not something they seem to have been good at recently. |

This is up for debate as Nourry has been quoted as saying he was part of the team that identified Marti. He was happy to tell myself, Clive and others that in January. |
