If Frank is going to leave Brentford now is probably the time to do it. His stock is high and if they lose Toney they could be in for a struggle next season, they might be on a downward curve anyway. chelsea would be a good move for him as if it works he comes out of it very well and if it doesn't he get s nice pay off with very little if any damage to his reputation whilst gaining experience at a 'big' club.
I think McKenna should go to Brighton, it's a step up but with a sensible club where he can gain premier league experience before getting a bigger job further down the line. I can't see anything other than Ipswich getting battered next season as they've made accelerated progress, meaning the foundations aren't there for top level football. Man Utd or chelsea would be stepping into a messy situation and swallow him up, he needs a stronger CV before tackling the egos at that level.
Kompany has never impressed me, lots of noise in the media but everything has been stacked in his favour and he's not pulled up any trees. His success seems to be 'plays nice football' and played under Pep, so like Maresca that apparently automatically makes you a top level manager!

He's not impressed me this season, seems to be a marginal upgrade on Kakay and that's about it.
However, he joined part way through the season, moving to a new league and country, and has had niggly injuries so it's only fair to judge him after a pre-season and full season at this level. |

I think this is good in the sense that it stops the top 6 dominating spending & allows smaller clubs with rich owners the opportunity to spend to compete.
But it does expose the myth that FFP is there to stop a club doing a Leeds or going bust, there’s still no protection against that. |

Play to our strengths and go with a 3-2-4-1.
Gordon, Foden, Palmer, Saka, Watkins, Eze, Maddison, Bowen competing for the 4 attacking mid roles. Gibbs-White, Jones, Elliott options too.
Rice, Mainoo making up the 2 cm roles. Gallagher, Lewis could be options too.
Bellingham can do either depending on who you want to drop out.
