Reading some of the reports from the FGR game they were lucky to get the point....Braintree should have been out of sight at half time, aided by a Dog of a pitch apparently...Won't be easy against them but at the moment we should have no fear of anyone in this league, not sure if the York fixture being rearranged is a good thing or not, might have been the perfect time to play them....Hoping other results go our way this week.. |

Yep, every word of your post...Spot on, love the line about not needing other fans to try and educate us on the game we are all watching...As if their view is the right view especially when it's done in such a patronising and condescending manner, this winds me up on this forum daily.....And now onto today, team selection will be interesting, as will fan reaction..I for one am not looking forward to today with the same gusto as I should be... Instead of continuously asking "What would you do" to anyone who dares to voice an opinion which even remotely suggests Mcnulty will not take us where we want to be, why not ask those in charge at the club? After all it's not us that will make those decisions is it? All we can do is call it as we see it, and will carry on doing so whether you think differently or not...Today was at best a dereliction of duty by the manager...Disrespectful to the away side, the fans, and the players....Not acceptable. |

Agreed, beating Gateshead in the manner that we did should not change you view if you wanted him gone....He's doing a grand job of peeing fans off anyhow, I wanted him gone throughout last season...Not changing my mind, todays antics just reinforce my feelings...He's not untouchable you know, there's a couple of assistants alongside him who might just take the reigns if he's given the push...And if he won the league I aint changing my mind...We could win it in spite of him not because of him.... |

Mr angry went over to the Utd fans to ask them to be quiet...Now kids will be kids and I had no issue with that, but the father was actually starting the vile chants off and the kids were joining in, fabulous parenting skills on show there...The stewards removed them and then went over to Mr angry to ask him to calm down...I know it was a friendly but there is no way away fans should be in the sandy..Or you get what happened today, it could have been worse had it not been youngsters..Or the Dad had taken umbridge..Although as half cut as he seemed he wasn't in any position to do so....A lesson to be learned for the future...Should have been removed earlier... |

The new ticketing system was also acting up. Myself and a mate were the first 2 through the Sandy turnstiles and his ticket said it had already been used and my ticket didn't exist...A few following also had issues...Must improve, we were also frisked including removing hats, just in case I had a sub machine gun under my Beenie..... |

Can't argue with any of that TS and pretty much where myself and a few others are....Get the excuses in early....After the perceived success (playoffs, semi final) You would think going into this season there would be some enthusiasm and a looking forward to the coming campaign, but nope....Season card bought but pessimism abounds, and I would normally think "oh maybe it's just me" but I know it's not just me....And the players will hear all this still learning bollox...And players talk.. |
