Any news on the legal action Darren? That must be another month gone by? |

Must be coming up to 4 years since the Takeover. Hopefully legal action will kick off very shortly. |

Didn’t realise the Yanks have put an equity injection of £20m into the club during January. |

Yes we don’t seem to have many players in contract next season? Is it about 8? |

Myths about success of legal action? What does that imply? That people supported legal action because I argued that we couldn’t lose the court case? All I have always called for is for the Trust to stand up and protect their minority shareholder rights. To be treated exactly the same as the selling shareholders. The Trust had circa £20m of value to protect - but now we are circa 3.5 years since the takeover with value continually dissipating away. In any court case you can lose I have always said that - regardless of how strong you think your case is. So if the court case was only 50 : 50 or 40:60 against(and I hadn’t created the myths according to you) we shouldn’t have tried to protect our rights and value? That’s what your statement implies. Why yet another delay Phil - 3.5 years on? You have made statements about seeking insurance to protect the Trust Board and engaging law firm on a win only basis - so can only assume delays caused by this? Circa 3.5 years since the sale? |

Yep We are where we are Given this has been kicked into the long grass - probably to do with Trust Board not getting insurance to fight the court case or something similar. Expect an announcement over next six months that because they cant's get insurance or something similar - that they are not going to take legal action. They had never intention of ever taking this to court. They have blown £20m which could have protected the club for the next thirty years. |

In respect-of the current value of the Trusts's shares l- they ook to be under pressure. Transfermarket are reporting current contract expiry positions:- https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/swansea-city/kader/verein/2288/saison_id/2019 2022 - Grimes, Byers, Roberts, Rodon, Celina, Bidwell and Peterson. 2021 - Ayew, Fulton, John, Mckay 2020 - VDH, Naughton, Carroll, Mulder, Nordfelt, Dyer, Routledge and Baston. nO goalkeepers are in contract at the end of the season. Don't know if the U23s keeper is any good? You would think VDH and Naughton will stay until the end of the season as then can go on free Bosman's. VDH will pick up a lucrative deal. When it comes to Ayew the Yanks are probably going to sell him this transfer window - otherwise he is then into the last year of his contract and presumably he will then go on a Bosman - so Yanks will receive no value for him or say circa minimal £2m value like his brother. Ander Ayew has been performing very well for us - so this is the time Yanks will receive maximum value for him. Doesn't inspire much confidence going forward into next season with only - Grimes, Byers, Roberts, Rodon, Celina, Bidwell, Peterson.Fulton, John and Mckay. |

Yanks took over July 1016 before we know it - it will be 4 years since the Takeover. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/36849464 If Martin Morgan, Brian Katzen or Huw Jenkins had been excluded from the sale - do you think it would have taken them 4 years to sort this out? Trust would already have circa £15m in the bank and a residual 5% stake. Could have saved the academy if we wanted to now. Yet all that was important was the free booze and food in the Director's box. 4 years later............. |

How many loan deals are we allowed? |

It seems deplorable the poaching of nurses and doctors that the NHS undertakes in developing countries such as the Philippines. How do the poor people of these countries receive medical care if we keep poaching them? |
