The issue (well one of them) is lots of these unavailable names are all the same people we had unavailable last year as well. It’s all well and good saying we’ll be fine when A, B and C are fit, but they never are. |

I think that comment is a bit out of line from a poster who was on here every week last season giving the team an absolute pasting, even when they’d won. That was okay for you then but now anybody who’s concerned should shut up and “support the club”? |

If we go in with these full backs, this central midfield and these strikers we’ll be in the sht. Everybody you’d expect to be injured again is injured again. Lots of the summer left thankfully but also lots to do. |

I think his ongoing desperation to try and two foot me perhaps shone through a little bit there. It always does in the end. |

This has absolutely no relevance to the post it’s replying to at all. Laughably so in fact. The playing out from the back and two man midfield issues have been present here for years, under several managers. Stephan will come to learn it like many of his predecessors. |

That wouldn’t be ideal the way our fixtures have fallen. |

One of the disadvantages of changing manager is he’s going to have to learn stuff about us that Cifuentes learned over a couple of years and we all know… 1 - I know passing out from the back is trendy and game model and develops players to sell, but we don’t have the players to do it. We get caught out every time. On our budget we can’t afford players who are capable of doing that. It’s why Ronnie Edwards looked like a fcking God in our team. 2 - every time we try and play 2 central midfielders we get out numbered, out fought, swamped. You have to stodge that bit of the pitch up with 3, and with some legs, and with some hard nosed experience or we get walked through. If Colback isn’t sticking around he’s going to need replacing, he’s important to us. We say it all the time on here but in this league, in our situation, on our budget, you need to be pragmatic. If we think we’re doing this season with 2 in central midfield, Larkeche at LB and Adamson on the right we’ll get destroyed. |

You told me it was all looking good for a top 10 finish this morning |

I agree mate, as I said once you get beyond the CBs it completely falls apart. Where would you put all the 10s? But, if it is a back 4, you can’t pick Adamson and Larkeche as the full backs. You’ll get annihilated. |

Stoke chucking enormous money to make Aaron Cresswell their left back for the next 9 months is the most Stoke Stoke have been for about 24 hours. |

Further. There was a place for sale next door for a bit last season but quite apart from the expense it was pointed out that I'd be lucky to live to the end of the first month if I lived next door to the Crown. |

Like working in bloody Kew Gardens that room. Moving house shortly so will get myself a nice QPR shirt or something in the background. |
