I can only wish them well. However, the true test of loyalty and interest will be once the sun begins to set on this empire, as it inevitably will. It's what happens to clubs like us and them.
Promotion to the "promised land" will complete the fairytale, but once the 6-0 hammerings begin and they have a season like Southampton/Derby it'll be the season after that which we fans will watch with interest... |

I think you've nailed it there. The subtle (but critical) difference is that Sheehan is working with what we already have; the new manager will also be expected to be a major reason as to why a new player wants to sign/play for us. So in that respect contacts and an ability to promote a vision will be important. |
