While it isn’t a factor in the result here, another weak as piss referee who’s not keen to make a single decision he might face opposition to or let a game develop. Early as the first 10 minutes he was blowing for a misplaced throw in by about three yards.

I heard a rumour Nourry was responsible for my (at MOST) lukewarm Pukka at Loftus last weekend. When will he come out and admit it? Oh and Julien was on the concessions.

Need to make this like Watford last season now and get another in the next 10-15 to take the wind out their sails. Not sure the kids are going to be quite as adept at it though.

Strikes me that Dembele is excellent but we can’t train him to be taller. So we do need him at the top of his game (and the top of the class) dribbling, spatial awareness etc.
