Following the culmination of the regular season, the full schedule for the 2024/25 Sky Bet EFL Play-Offs have now been confirmed.

12 fixtures are set to take place across a highly anticipated nine-day period in the Sky Bet Championship, League One and League Two for the Semi-Final stage before the Play-Off Finals take place over the Spring Bank Holiday weekend.
