This is one of the most terrifying things about fans on Twitter: I'm seeing way too many eager for this rat to come back, forgetting (deliberately or not) how he treated us. More recently, he seemed to try his absolute best to c*ck up at Sunderland while demonstrating himself to be as insecure as he is embarrassing with his twitter burner account farce.
The interview this guy gave about how much he loved being at QPR is complete rubbish too, it seems he has now in fact remembered that he did actually work in London at one point.
Simply can't be trusted, and is he even that good a coach?
Again, today, especially in that first half, you can certainly see his value going forward -- some delightful passes in behind. He's clearly technically gifted
Cardiff were dross and we could only hold them to a draw, they looked like a team of individual players there for the taking.
We drew after putting in the minimal effort we could have, players like Paal and Colback would be fine one minute, and then completely checked out the other, leading to us constantly giving the ball away.
Someone's gonna have to explain that Varane performance to me, because he's our player for however long and he looked more checked out than anyone else.
Morrison fine for the most part, Edwards v good I thought, we're seriously gonna miss him when he goes back.
My major concern is that after this draw that we 'worked hard for' we'll now sack off the away game against Oxford and forfeit another 3 pts to a relegation rival, as that's currently the pattern (Middlesbrough (A), Leeds (H), Stoke (A), Cardiff (H)
I'm really resisting the complete write-off of Celar. He looked poor until the game vs Cardiff, and then afterwards seemed a different player, injury was really unfortunately timed. Massive confidence thing. Swiss league to Champ is a tough move to adapt to, and I'd like to see him given another season before we discard him as a player 'that can't step up to the Champ'.
Was really poor yesterday, and has a terrible habit of conceding stupid freekicks that really played into WBA's timewasting. The fact that Marti chose to start without a striker rather than with Lloyd unfortunately says a lot I feel. Needs a loan really.
Got what we deserved i'm afraid. Sluggish all game, nobody up to recent good standard, didn't even look much up for it when we did score. Shame. 4am in Australia for that
What irritates me so much is that it's so far below the recent standards. Consistent errors from usual suspects ruined the momentum that we had in the 1st, and then continued into the second, how Madsen and Ashby have stayed on for this long is beyond me. A full 90 minutes for Ashby who arguably gave them 4 of their goals, and I don't like scapegoating but my god. He doesn't really look like he's trying that much either, at least two/three of the cutbacks have come from overlapping runs that hes jogging after.
Agreed. Not to mention the divide between championship teams with parachute payments now and idiot scum down here. I mean, every year the teams that finish 11th-21st are the same sort, never challenging and always just surviving. I hope Blackburn go the distance just to spice it up a little.
I assume the next step in Saudi Arabia's desperate ploy to convince the rest of the world to turn their attention (and focus their money) on their football. After offering the GDP of a small country to players so obviously past it to try and make our football league entertaining and failing miserably, let's now host the world cup! That way people will HAVE to look at us...
I'd agree with Luton, and usually would with Cov... but Lampard is not a manager I'd want to be giving the reigns to in their position. He's like Parker and spends as much as possible to succeed, and even then doesn't look comfortable. I'm v interested to see how that goes with them, but I'd expect them to be down here for the foreseeable.
