To an extent, I can handle Jim's tactical deficiencies and his unerring faith in the system. The Southend and Spennymoor games simply summed up our inability to see out games. Yesterday, however, was inexcusable, pre-meditated madness. |

Yep, still stinks this one. I haven't read or listened to Jim's post match interview but sounds exactly as I suspected; zero accountability. I only hope he's now fully aware of the views of the fanbase. |

I posted post the Southend game about Jim's position being safe. There was no way he was going to get sacked before this season started and his position will only come under threat if we are looking like missing out on the play offs. The sticking point is, outside of the top 7-8 teams, the standard is awful in this division so that should never prove a viable threat. Realistically, in a league with only one automatic promotion spot, the best we can hope for under Jim is to the play offs. The squad is certainly capable of a top three finish, even with Jim disappearing up his own arse at various points of the season, which should mean we go at least one step closer this season. Ultimately, though, my view remains as it was ahead of the Southend game, I do not believe Jim has the quality to successfully guide us through a play off campaign. [Post edited 23 Aug 21:02]

Jim deserves all the criticism he is going to get after that. Moronic decision making and sums up why I fear he is not good enough to get us promoted. He talked about being more ruthless after the game midweek and then does that. At least Greg will hold him to account... |

There it is, sports fans. |

11 changes is ridiculous and borderline disrespectful to our opponents. I know Jim thinks the schedule is barbaric, and he's probably trying to make a statement, but this isn't the right way to go about it. |

A little worried we've made too many changes here. I know we have a bigger squad, with better quality this season but this is a risk. |

It's either a really poor call from Jim or he's being a little economical with the truth. I'm choosing to take his comments with a large pinch of salt. I hope it doesn't come back to haunt us. |

I'm sure this wasn't Jim's first choice, hopefully he's still working on bringing someone else in. |

A very poor, tone deaf response from the club. Listen to your customers, we don't have that many. |

Well we'll absolutely have another keeper in before the season starts so let's see. |

Wow, Jim is certainly being backed. Seems a good signing and a smart young man to boot. |

First time in a long time I remember us making what can be classed as a statement signing. A good week. |

Once again the cost of the infant kits is borderline criminal. Last season's didn't go into the sale either, unlike all other sizes. Disappointing. |
