A completely different fanbase to ours, they blocked the team coach waiting for him after the game. He had to sneak out in a car. Good on them for not putting up with mediocrity. If it was here the noddys would be clapping him off week in week out. |

Much better today, very unlucky with that bounce for their goal but if we take those two chances in the first half we win the game. I’d also go same starting xi again next match. |

Not England but I was fortunate enough to get to 46 away matches watching Northern Ireland before calling it a day. From as far north as Iceland & the Faroes, to watching us play Spain in Gran Canaria then as far east as Minsk & Moscow.(Even played a supporters international challenge match against the Russians at CSKA’s training ground which was brilliant.) Going to the likes of Vaduz & Serravalle was just as good craic as Frankfurt or Porto. Tel Aviv was a cracking trip, but Euro 2016 was the obvious highlight. |
