Agreed, possibly some information within the story has been misconstrued, Eze certainly well paid but can’t have 20M spare at this stage of his career. |

At this point, with 2 more high profile goals in the playoffs, what bid do we accept considering Kelman has one year left and hasn’t performed in the Championship before? I ask because I am really not sure, 3.5M?! |

Really enjoyed Oxford away, good performance and a last minute goal to seal a deserved win and our Championship survival. Plymouth away was great, the team played pretty well, seemed a fun positive crowd all day and plenty of laughs (and beers) on the delayed train. Special mention to S.Wed away, dreadful performance, didn’t deserve a thing but got a point that felt like a win just as Barry B had just scored what we all felt certain was their winner! |
 | Forum Reply | Dykes and Armstrong add ons. at 07:52 5 May 2025
I wondered the same and could be something in it for us but assume it is more likely to be based on goals and appearances.Dykes scored 1 league goal in 26 appearances and Armstrong 3 in 36 which suggests we did well to move them on for fees. |

In a strange sort of way I quite like that we are a bit rubbish as it confirms loyalty,. I’ve convinced myself that if I supported a top side (Liverpool, Arsenal etc) the wins they get would mean so little but I’ve cherished and loved every single one of our 14 wins this season, have got fond memories of them all. I have a weird and quite unexplained devotion to Rangers, with no family or local connection to the club but one I can’t get rid of and would never want to. |

I agree I don’t get all the CN hate but can’t see how you can expect that squad to do better than they did. Probably the worst forward line-up in the division with 1 Championship goal between the lot of them. To add to that we had an unbelievable injury list, minor miracle Marti kept us up. |
 | Forum Reply | Jimmy and Ronnie at 06:54 26 Apr 2025
Nardi a reasonable keeper at this level, no more than that. Hasn’t developed his game to come for crosses or control his area enough, no complaints as he is a great shot stopper but not POTY. |
 | Forum Reply | Jimmy and Ronnie at 21:57 25 Apr 2025
Jimmy deserved it but I didn’t vote for him as it would only increase the likelihood of him being offered a great deal elsewhere. Don’t understand why Edwards won this vote, a Southampton player who has only been with us a few months, over our own players such as Morrison and Morgan. |
 | Forum Reply | Bonkers conspiracy theory involving Man City and us at 18:05 25 Apr 2025
Agree with all of this, almost! I definitely heard an interview with one of our players, Mackie I think, who said they were told from the bench we were safe due to Bolton result and told others so a potential distraction there. I just like to think we would have held on if we had to! |

Bennie 5/10 Morrison 8/10 Santos 3/10 Nardi 7/10 decent but not sure of some of the very high marks, doesn’t come for crosses and was suspect on a number of early goals let in Celar 5/10 Varane 7/10 Dembele 5/10 considering how well he did in just one division below, has been largely disappointing. Saito 7/10 Madsen 4/10 Ashby 4/10 |

I did consider this when I heard his post-match, very complimentary about Swansea and clearly liked the way they play, I could see Marti and Swansea working (unfortunately). |
 | Forum Reply | Marti on today's defeat at 06:38 22 Apr 2025
Marti’s overall performance this season has been pretty good, considering squad, budget and ridiculous injury list. I worry if he does go, we will be in big trouble next season. I don’t think many Managers would have kept us up with what must be the weakest striker options in the league. |

Saito v Hull was my vote, fantastic footwork. Lloyd will win it, shouldn’t have put that on the shortlist as will rob a player of an award. |

Agree with this. Have a real hatred of Derby especially after seeing us lose up there this season. |
 | Forum Reply | Bristol City Reflection at 20:54 12 Apr 2025
I wouldn’t boo a player as it only encourages them, but I’ve no time for Armstrong 4 goals in 60 odd appearances and seemed to think he was far better that signing a contract with us, now no goals in 17 matches for Bristol. League 2 at best. |
 | Forum Reply | Charlie Kelman’s Leyton Orient at 07:19 12 Apr 2025
The fee for Kelman, should we sell, massively depends on how much is left on his contact, some suggestion it isn’t very long. |
 | Forum Reply | are we safe, yes or no.... at 17:48 11 Apr 2025
I tend to agree, although not as simple as that, very much now depends on other results. I’m only concerned if we lose and the likes of Derby, Luton and Cardiff win then we are back in it. |
