100% agree, spot on amigo. The new kit is rubbish. Plain white back is scandalous. Only red stripes down the middle of the front is as bad as that rubbish Hummel kit from a few years back. How do kit suppliers and marketing bods get away with it again- stop messing with our kit!! Red and white stripes all over, as per the 1960s and early 70s kits- those are the best and we should be the same every year. Fat stripes, thin stripes, fat and thin stripes, mid-stripes, pinstripes, half-half, one stripe, diagonal sash, chevrons, all red, FFS- leave the kit alone! |

My overriding concern is that SR think we’re going to be ok with our current squad as quite a few of them got us promotion (just), last time around. SR will then pocket all cash from player sales to buy a few more lower league European clubs for Solak’s toy box. Or if we do buy any players, they will be 19-20 year olds for £3.50 with potential (to sell on for profit). Remember that Spors is SR director of football, not just Saints. He will be keen to make Solak some wonga. Saints are not an independent club anymore. |

We must get new, quality players into the squad. We were lucky to get promoted via the playoffs and almost blew it after finishing on a poor run. Yes we beat Rotherham, QPR, Plymouth, Swansea Sheff Weds etc but we scraped it going up. Players we loaned out last season were deemed not good enough to play in the 2nd worst team in PL history with a pathetic 2 wins from 38 games.
The squad must be improved- please SR, buy some decent players. |

Otherwise we’ll still have a squad of 30 at the end of August, because no one’s fee has been agreed and we have no money to spend on quality additions desperately need. Have a fire sale, get rid of deadwood lightweights. Raise £100m and off we go to the toy shop. |

Worst Saints season in our 140 year history. The club is now a shambles, run by people with no real interest other than to make money for the group.
Saints fans should show some real solidarity now, and boycott remaining games. We must send SR a strong message- their ownership will no longer be tolerated.

It is NOT too early in the pre-season. We are so lightweight it is unbelievable. Our entire squad is made up on Championship and League One standard players. McCarthy, Bednarek and Stephens got binned off last time we were in the PL. Armstrong could not cut it. signing players from Peterborough and Swansea ain’t going to keep us up. Lallana is ancient, our weak midfield 3 features Smallbone, Downes and Aribo, and last night we only managed ONE shot on target v Oxford. We are doomed unless our squad is significantly strengthened asap. New keeper, better CB, better midfielder, better winger than Edozie or Sulemana. Shockingly bad transfer window so far for Saints. |

We still look very weak defensively. McCarthy, our number 1 GK, all over the place. Montpellier hit the woodwork 3 or 4 times. That was with our top choice midfield 3 starting. Sulemana penalty was terrible for a pub team player. We are ping to get smashed in the PL. |
