Excellent piece. Very sad to see him go, I agree he's in the class of people like Bircham and Ainsworth, not the most gifted but inspirational in their own way, the sort who'd run through brick walls. If he asked for a transfer I'm sure he felt pushed into it. A top man, I wish him all the best. Seems that HR is sytematically discarding what remains of the promotion side, the very people who might do well in this division.And he continually seems to be trying to get his excuses in in advance. |
