I too have been a regular at QPR since 1968 and there is a feeling about the place and the fans i have not experienced before. Personally i think the team is easily good enough to stay in this division but clearly something is missing. The first reaction is to blame the players [ the workers] but very often in life it is the administration/management which needs to change. Whatever the reasons for getting rid of Cifeuntes it is a dangerous game to take responsibility for disposing of someone and ending up where we are. The crowd numbers will last maybe 2 more games and then long time supporters like us simply will take time off. The project is a very annoying term which is now starting to grate. The Plymouth decision was clearly a total misread by the person who took it. The annimosity against the management is higher than i can ever remember. I have no idea if Nourry is running the show but for whatever reason he is probably the most disliked figure i have known in my time of supporting QPR. And there have been a few to remember. So what to do? If Charlton ends up in anything less than a draw the abuse will grow to a point that i doubt i have seen before. My guess is that people will turn up but the crowd will be nervous and looking for a reason to bay for blood. This can only make the players more tense and against a side who so far this season have been exactly what we are not. Committed to footbal not a project which all can see is leading us to disaster. And a comment on Walsh. If the idea was to boost his value i would guess that he has lost 75% of it to date. If we win against Charlton then time is on the side of those in the firing line. If not Rueben [ who seems very nice and has put enormous sums of money behind the club] needs to do what the supporters want , remove Nourry and Williams. It may not be their fault but somone has to be responsible and the supporters for right or wrong have decided it is them who are the reason for our demise. Give Stefan a few games to do it his way and then see. And if Rueben can't make a decision which would seem normal then Mr Hoos has to stand up. One can argue Coventry was a one off and reveryone relax but for those of us who follow QPR thru thick and thin this seems different and the sooner the hiearchy realise this and not sit in a golden tower the better. It doesn't matter the business you are in when it all goes wrong somebody falls on their sword and that needs to happen. As i say i don't know the guy but it is Nourry's blood the supporters want and he should be sacrificed as my sense is it is him or a large section of supporters who will walk in disgust. Those remaining will become increasingly negative and the palyers will be affected. For goodness sake losing Northern R , one of the biggest supporters at the club should really be noted and if not that is a major mistake. |

Firstly one has to give the man credit for the amount of money he has invested in the club. He has stood by QPR. The problem he has seemingly is that he is listening to people but not actually making decisions. Personally i think this squad is good enough to stay in this division. And whilst i am no supporter of his [ i think he thinks overrates his abilities by a distance] but let us be fair to Nourry we all thought he had brought in some good players this window. He has made a major mistake with Williams who once again is presiding over too many injuries. He trains atheletes not footballers and is a major part of our proble. All this don't be fit to start the season has gone really well..not. And then we have the manager. Let us assume Stefan is the manager and is making choices. He clearly has not watched the Championship games he claims and is clueless as to how the division works. He really annoyed the fan base with the Plymouth decision and his method and tactics simply don't work. All you can say is he has a nice set of teeth . He is very annoying, lacks passion and communication skills. So is he a mouthpiece for Nourry , i don't think so. Personally i think Nourry thought he fitted into 'the project' [ if i hear that word again i will go nuts] and employed him. For this he is culpable . Williams, Nourry and Stefan should go. Williams doesn't understand football, Nourry is just massively unpopular and arrogant to go with it , has no experience . And Stefan is just way out of his depth. So does Ruben have the ballls to do something. That is the question and the one that has been at QPR since he arrived. Personally, i would get in a English manager who knows the division of has been around it. Milwall surrounded themselves from top to bottom and look at where they are . Stoke are being sorted seemingly and so it goes on. If none of this happens Ruben will continue to put in 2m a month until he gets bored and the club will gently continue to fall and fail. I really do not think it is the players it is the management who just don't seem to grasp that a project without tactics and methods that suit the Championship just leads to relegation and worse. |

Absolutely shocking. Stefan will appear with his nice smile and good teeth and say it is the project .....to get relegated. This is dreadful. Unfit and just typical of a forign manager who thinks he can play it differently in the Championship. He didn't watch any of our games as he said or he is an imbecile. His Plymouth decision annoyed me especially as he was saying i am so proud when all us us were just pissed off. He is proving a disaster. |

NorthernR i think the way you sell it is by creating a succesful team. You don't hear complaints about Brighton and Brentford selling as they buy well and remain in the Premier League. The project's expectation is we seemingly don't care about results but with what we have seen so far with set ups etc and a very difficult division this year does that include relegation? If we do well people won't mind selling and getting the next good one in. If we remain 18/20th or worse people will be far from happy. |

Great report. It is interesting how supporters are starting to give up with patience. A hammering at Coventry and after 3 games i think the pressure will be felt. Pretty extraordinary but likely to be true. 1 We are not fit enough. Ridiculous. 2 Another foreign manager who thinks he can reinvent the system. He will change or we will be in a real mess. 3 Stefan smiles too much and it is getting annoying already. 4 Playing that team at Plymouth i think has had a very negative effect. Regardless of it being a cup of little standing as fans we experience lost 2 drawn 1 , team looks unfit, playing the wrong system for the division and frustrations grow. All this plays out with a blame game and in double quick time Stefan is under pressure from the fans. He should of played a better team at Plymouth and should of been informed about The Championship. He absolutely did not watch all the games as he claimed. And if he did we have real issues. |

Can't blame the side but reckon Stefan will have annoyed a lot of people. For me simply not acceptable to put out an under 23 side. We are not playing a side to give them experience we are supposed to be a club who can have cup runs and not just be satisfied sitting in the lower reaches of the Championship. A cup run gives a lift from the constant struggle. Poor by Stefan |

Walsh was poor in my view. Nardi is a lot better. Walsh destruction was awful.otherwise same problem as last year we just don't make that final ball/delivery create problems. Corners as always need work. I think everyone went straight to there keeper. You have to kill a game when you are on top. As ever we failed to do that. |

Can i add here that while our owner has come under criticism he has always stood by the club, has injected a lot of personal money and by all accounts is a decent man. So whilst not a football man he should get some acknowledgement for keeping us going after the Fernandes debacle . |

Nix i would ask for greater openess with regard to contracts and injuries. Also for the fans forum to be attended by the manager and a longer time for questions to be put and answered. |

I don't think we should always be so negative. Much better we say thanks for this and we hope open communication can thrive during the next season. What would help would be ..... I suggest a list is made of what people want and let it be fedback. I have found if we are sensible and not gobby we get an ear. |

Or Marti is showing Nourri players he bought do not have what it takes.... |

As for the whole season without Field we have no midfield and are getting ripped apart. Just being run around |

What a manager he appears to be. Another QPR mess up.And I guess there would be a real irony if Derby stayed up and we went down. Lose against Cardiff and we are in big trouble. Win and we should be okay. Having been at Stoke I have to say I am worried. Players who don't care on the pitch and those who do care injured. |

Why do people think we are certaInly in the Championship next year. If over the next week we have to put up with 2 more Stokes and Anderson and Madsen are picked we could well be saying he will be a good front man for League 1 |

Everyone knows Andersen is awful and Madsen is worse so why does Marti pick them? Surely it is better to have anyone else on the basis they give it their all. lloyd may well be far from good but his desire cannot be doubted. Madsen and Anderson have neither skill or desire and as a result are simply not worth having on the pitch. They must know the crowd to a person think they are dreadful and are both scared and detached from the game from minute 1 . So why pick them? They are going to get you in trouble. We all know it so why doesn't Marti. |

A lot i think depends on the set up. If No Varane then at least 2 - 0. If Yang plays 0-5 , If Yang and Madsen play i will lose count. If he choses a pragmatic team who close down and hassle all day you never know 1- 1. |
