There's no genetic make up. Hitler wasn't born a NAZi he became one later. That has to be the dullest statement for a long time. |

I always seem to do that myself. No problem with the airport, but it's a long drive especially if it's early hours. We are landing at 2am when we return from our forthcoming holidays, so have booked a room rather than drive at that time |

Tariff , is just a fancy word for a tax on imports. The anti tax president has just put huge taxes on those that voted him in. How ironic! |

No i don't. You are making this up . Where have i supported the Russian Orthodox church? I don't do religion at all. How do you get away with these lies? These conflicts are secular and have nothing to do with religion |

Many skilled workers left after Brexit. Many skilled Poles and east Europeans went back to their countries as their economies picked up and ours hasn't. I don't have the figures though |

The figures are from the home office not Labour |
 | Forum Reply | Why can't the UK at 10:24 1 Apr 2025
This is indeed correct. I believe France has had 3 or 4 times more than we have. Our benefit system isn't any more generous than many European countries either. The vast majority of immigrants want to work and will work hard too |

You could yes. You wouldn't be accepted, but you could apply |

This country has had it's best times under higher tax regimes. Many countries with higher tax rates are doing better than us too |
 | Forum Reply | Why can't the UK at 11:25 30 Mar 2025
I can't say, because i'm not working and have retired and in receipt of a pension, so It wouldn't be right for me to expect other to pay more towards it. I believe everyone should have a basic level of income to survive. How it's done, i'm not really sure. I do believe that most would like to work if they could. Childcare is a big problem though. Often the burden is put onto grandparents who have already done their bit. Maybe we should look to see how other European countries Scandinavian ones do it rather than our looking towards the US, which in my opinion is a failed state and is getting much worse. It's a country closing in on itself, but that's another thread i think |

Hydrogen has been around in mass storage facilities for decades. I don't think there have been any advancements in this as long as i can remember. Previous poster is correct, it's not really a gas you want in your house |
