Went to the Dell bar on Thursday about 12:30, took my daughter for lunch after popping in the megastore. There were roughy about 50 people inside, some groups, some on their own, saw a few with laptops out and a table of four all with laptops out so yes probably work/meeting. Food was good, not particularly cheap, good atmosphere. |

Most of the really loud songs are short, easy/simple to both remember and sing. You then have to repeat them over and over which allows the whole stadium to join in as it repeats, thus building the noise level, louder and louder, Example: Saints are marching, Saints are marching, On, On! (Then repeat over and over). Even simply: Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! With the whole ground slowly joining in allowing it to build louder and louder. Short, easy to remember, and the repeating it over and over, allowing/encouraging the rest of the ground to join in! It really needs to start in the Northam! No doubt there’ll be nay sayers, but it really is that simple. |

Feels strange but I’m pretty positive and optimistic about next season, this season has been utterly awful! Wish Will Still all the best and I’ll certainly give my support. I do though wish he’d stop saying he got lucky at so many stages of his career, it puts a question mark over his own belief that he’s earned/deserves it! That then makes me question it! |

Yeah, up until 1959 it was called ‘The county of Southampton’ or Southamptonshire. |

 | Forum Reply | Top 3 things about being in the Prem at 11:47 20 Sep 2024
1. Watching our team play the best teams in the country regularly. 2. Having our club and city profile plastered across the globe. 3. The additional revenue it brings to both club and city. |
 | Forum Reply | Benefits - essential safety net or invitation to abuse? at 20:47 19 Sep 2024
There should be more than enough money to go round. Two (I know there’s many more) big reasons there isn’t: 1. Tax evasion by both individuals and companies/corporations. 2. Benefits fraud. It’s the same whoever’s in Government but none of them have the stomach to be honest and tackle it head on, so we continue to spiral deeper and deeper, paying insane amounts annually (approx £75 billion just in interest) on the national debt (now over £2 trillion)! |
 | Forum Reply | Potential good news re Tyler Dibling at 18:55 18 Sep 2024
Tyler’s existing contract (only signed Dec last yr) runs to 2026 with a rumoured 12 month’s extension clause, so anyone comes knocking it’s going to cost them! Be good to see him get deserved improved terms though, hopefully with further extension! |

Think I’d rather play Cornet up front than Archer! |

Who’s ignoring it! You think the club and relevant authorities haven’t done due diligence and are now ignoring safety without ongoing monitoring? I’ve made the personal decision to leave via Britannia rd, if anyone thinks they aren’t safe then there are options! Leave via Britannia rd, Hang back in the ground for 10mins (I’ve done that loads of times rather than trying to rush off at final whistle). It’s the same for pre match, just make sure you get there in plenty of time, smooth access into the stadium, none of this last minute rush to the ground 5 mins before kickoff then complain there’s big queues blah blah blah. |
