Hate it! Won't pay to see it. There should be a minimum time for the throw-in to be taken, say 10 seconds, then the throw-in goes to the opposition, similar to futsal. Nowadays it takes like 1 minute to do the routine, change players, wait for the opposite left back to jog up to take the throw. |
 | Forum Reply | We had a perfectly good manager in Marti… at 12:02 24 Aug 2025
We had a perfectly good manager in Marti, agree, the best manager out there willing to work with this lot, I have followed him since Sandefjord, always prepared for training and match, catching the interest of better Clubs of course, Hammarby, Qpr, and Leicester, do anyone think that Leicester would go for a Stephan? Marti managed this thin injured squad to stay competive, and survive, no chance with this Frenchs clown in charge. Hope I am wrong! |

Championship is tough, and he has looked out of his depth. Sacked from his lasts Jobs aftet short spells, and will probably not last long here either. It was a tough decision to sack the Spaniard, if it wasnt for Nouri, Martinwould still be here. |

To avoid the drop to League1... |

Hope we survive, 18-21 will do, hope the new head coach will suprise positively, but, defense poor , Cook fragile (injured?) and Edwards gone and not to mention strikers? What happened to Smyth and Nardi? Many new talents but little experience. The head coach new to the league and looks lost. Get in 3 experienced loans, defense, midfield and a striker, is my only hope, wont happen until September though |
 | Forum Thread | Jimmy Dunne where should he play at 10:11 25 Jul 2025
Where should newly appointed Captain play, alternatives 1. Fullback 2. Central defender 3. Central defensive midfield 4. Striker As for alternative 1, we've got new signings for full back, Jimmy has done great in this position, adding physicality, but he is not a natural full back. As for alternative 2, we've got Cook, Henderson, new signings and possibly JCS. Playing as a central defender JD often rushed and looked a bit stressed, so maybe not. If JCS fit, then he is a better choice than Jimmy. Alternative 3, Central defensive midfield, this is my preferred position for JD, he adds physicality, presence, can pick a pass and gets into the referee ears, can also move the ball up the field. Alternative 4, striker, Jimmy adds presence, physicality, goal threat. Maybe a good solution for the last ten minutes when hunting for goal, but not at as starter :) |

So another RB incoming, what about left back? Have I missed something? |
 | Forum Reply | Marti Officially Gone at 20:27 24 Jun 2025
Liked him, miss him. First manager for a long time who actually bothered studying the opponents to figure out possible weaknesses to gran a win with this errorprone team. Never been sacked before, now replaced with one that has been sacked from his two last jobs after short spels. Hope for the best! |

I asked ChatGPT > Is Julien Stephan genuinely interested in the head coach position at QPR? >His interest could be genuine, given his background and experience in coaching, but it's also possible that he could be using the situation to enhance his visibility for other opportunities. Without more recent information or insights from Stephan himself, it's difficult to ascertain his true motivations. |
 | Forum Reply | Manager situation at 14:41 10 Jun 2025
I wonder if we would talk to agents of potential managers who are already under contract to check out if we could tempt them to join QPR as head coach? No, of course not, we don't do that sort of things. We don't want to sign people who don't respect their contract, and besides, we already have a head coach (on garden leave) and we respect that. |

Really? I believe he likes QPR, but doesn’t get along very well with Nourry. I think it will be difficult to find any decent manager that would work under Nourry. So when the board tells Nourru to go, then I believe Marty would jump at the challenge! |
 | Forum Reply | Manager situation at 13:03 8 Jun 2025
Hope you’re right. If not, Nourry out - Marty in. I doubt they can both be in the same room. If Nourry is able to get a half decent manager in place by the end of the week, I am fine, but else I would very much like Nourry out and Marty in! |
 | Forum Reply | The QPR summer managers rumours thread at 11:26 7 Jun 2025
Marty or Nourry? Either Marti out and Nourry gets a new head couch in asap (he said it would be resolved soon after the garden leave) OR Nourry out and Marti in again. Asap |

Of course??? Wait a second! Bodø Glimt vs. Spurs in Europe cup semi next Thursday, the winner, will meet poor ManU in the final. Bodø Glimt beat Lazio in the quarter final.Last year Bodø Glimt beat Rome (Mourinho) 6-2. May be the Norwegian league is not that bad, and championship not that good. Disclaimer, as a Norwegian I may be slightly biased… |

Just waiting for tonight's results, Derby- Burnley, Preston - Cardiff, then you may have my confident answer, perhaps. |
 | Forum Reply | Madsen at 13:24 5 Feb 2025
Marti is an excellent coach and can make a very good footballer out of less talent than Madsen. We've got in a lot of prospects this last year and Marti works miracles. Maybe Madsen will need one year with Marti and Championship football to get there, but please be patient! There are so many examples of our new players been slashed down during this last year, but Marti always delivers, even at QPR. |

Great run and pass to Andersson first half, who could/ should have scored |
 | Forum Reply | Sorry Paal at 20:39 28 Dec 2024
Our left side is poor in attack without Paal, like against Bristol we just gave away the ball every time it ended up there. With no creativity on the left side it was all up to our right side…Much better at home to Preston with Paal on the left able to combine with Saiko/ Chair, and Dunne on the receiving end. At our budget we struggle to get a better LB than Paal, when not ill as he apparantly was last game. Paal has been very loyal and professional since lured in by Snake… split opinions as always by fans, we even have some that wouldn’t play Chair…. |
