Average manager & I was glad to see him gone.
As an ex Swans manager he's irrelevant & no interest to me
We've had 3 managers since he left & I don't see anyone sticking up for him on these message boards, he just gets abuse!!

I wouldn't play Woodman instead of Vig & there's no point having a keeper of his experience on the bench.
With a limited budget we need to spend smarter. |

Southampton's main problem has been that their recruitment in recent years has been incredibly poor.
They were successful for a few years buying really well & selling high, once that started going wrong they struggled & got relegated.
RM being a bit of a tw@t hasn't helped but they've been on a downward spiral for a few years |

They signed Langstaff for 50K & his goals got them promoted to the EFL before they sold him for 750K.

Funnily enough the ground where I heard the most anti Welsh sheep sh@gging chanting is the one we're playing at on the weekend - it went on for bl@@dy ages.
Their manager at the time was Pullis & he was replaced by Mark Hughes! 🤷♂️ |

He's doing a bl@@dy good impression of someone who's hiding.
He waffled on about how poor communication has been & that it would change under the new regime yet we've heard absolutely nothing from him on the January shambles.
It's pathetic. |
