It was really a wtf moment. I remember them (and they must have come in a taxi) being circled. I thought they were going to get murdered. The police must have indeed done the rest but they held their own at the back of the tunnel of the North Bank. What on earth were they thinking though.

I remember a large group of lads who no one recognised at the back of the North Bank - probably 1980 81 time - turned out they were Sunderland fans and when the teams came out it was mayhem

i do remember a couple of Cambridge fans not getting a pasting about 35 years ago at the bag of the North Bank

He is in great shape Rich.

His views on the national game are spot on.

The WRU should be replaced. I watched the Chiefs against the Blues a few weeks ago and it was brutal. I couldn't imagine any one of our regions going up against that. My dad's cousin is a proud Kiwi and, although All Black through and through has a strong sentiment towards Wales. He worries for our game.



The last 10 minutes was eye watering
I do think that the "basics" are more complex in the modern game though.

The pools are on the other side of Swansea apart from the "Olympic Pool" so so too much hassle at the moment. Front crawl is my preferred stroke but I'm having so many problems with my ears, even with earplugs, that most recent swims have all been breast stroke.

Tonic water sounds like a good plan though that might add to my overnight visits to the loo.

Good article Keith and it has to be seen as a positive that the owners have taken this decision if he wasn't pulling his weight.

Cramp is a bitch. Ive been looking at different forms of exercise including Tai Chi, Chai latte and chair yoga. Any tips are taken on board. I have been asked to play football on a Tuesday night but, at my age, that is heart attack territory surely?

My daughter has been living in Bristol for three years in the Redlands and Clifton area. What a fab place and a great vibe. One of the bars/hotels also has an amazing view over Clifton suspension bridge (White Lion is pub and Avon Gorge hotel restaurant) - decent food in there as well

I wonder if Malick will be available for the Derby game on the 19th of December if the Cup of Nations starts on the 21st?
