my first ever thread and post. Has anybody else experienced problems at the ticket office, i have had a very silly (nice words) incompetent young lad called Connor who looks puzzled at any question asked, dealing with my season ticket renewal. firstly i get sat the opposite side to the ground than my nephews seat normally next to mine in w block ellerslie. then he credit checks for z finance for my nephew using somebody elses details and they get lumbered with another season ticket and bill. Thank god for Shaun who works their as he has sorted everything out for me, as it was a complete balls up from the start. RANT OVER!!! |
