Let's be honest, who expected the team to be where they are right now at the start of the season?? There seems to be alot of mud slinging saying Adkins subsitutions are sub-standard and this player isn't good enough and shouldn't be part of the squad etc.etc.
Every player has played a part this season to get to the stage we are and don't forget we're still second in the league, albeit holding on by the skin of our teeth... Given that we have so many players coming back from injury, especially on the run in, this can only be a positive. We have soley the league to concentrate on now, Chaplow is back and in my own opinion is a vital link to the team, plus Sharp is certain to put his stamp on this club.
What happens when we get promoted and we go through a rough patch?? are people going to be calling for Adkins head?? let's be realistic, he has done a fantastic job!
In Adkins we trust! Let's have some faith and get behind the boy's and the manager for the last push!
