Does anyone understand the EL draw?

Watching it live earlier today, it seems they only drew one number, and all of a sudden all five fixtures in Swansea's group were settled. How exactly does that work? Were they drawn in advance? How does the whole thing work? Anyone know?

The seedings are in, and the five possible teams Swansea can draw are: Apollon Limassol (Cyprus), Atromitos FC (Greece), FC Aktobe (Kazakhstan), FH HafnarfjÃ¶rdur (Iceland) and FC Petrolul PloieÅŸti (Romania).
