I know that visually there have been a few empty seats in lower tier this season but it has been coming up as sold out on the ticket plan even for Blackburn at home midweek , so we are selling it out but those empty seats are no shows ,just like the many empty seats in lower loft despite the plan showing sold out or sold down to 1 % .
I will be up at 0530 saturday out the door 0640 from Norfolk , breakfast in Stratford 0845 Loftus road by high noon , never crosses my mind to miss a "home" game . I suppose a few more defeats & we can look forwards to the " I'm done ,never going Rangers again " posts we saw ealier in the season but the true supporters will always be there .
Is it 100% a 12.30 kick off for the final game of the season ? I have some decent priced train tickets in the basket but don't want to buy them unless the early kick off is a certainty . Any info gratefully recieved .
I came from Norfolk too that day , think i got a train from Bury st edmunds & met some R's on there from Felixstowe/Ipswich who i still see from time to time at Rangers.
I had a pie which was cooked to around 1000 degrees celcius & burnt my mouth . If memory serves me it was only -4/-5 degrees that day but the wind probably added another -10 c to that .
Another vote for this game Forest away feb 1st 1986 crowd was 11,538 & the majority of R's were seated in the lower tier of Brian Clough stand rather than on the open terrace , it was bloody Baltic that day .
