Was gonna say the same. Reminded me so much of Les. He played very well. You could see the centre half's knew he could beat them in the air and he was ready to go through them and around them. Makes a huge difference to our team.
I know full well what the structure is. But if you imagine that Stephan isn't talking to Williams and the physios then you're in cloud cuckoo land. And another reason it's his responsibility is because he'll be the one on the guillotine if we carry on as we are.
The root cause of our lack of success is that we're a small west London Club. The root cause of our lack of fitness, lack of team Unity, and players unable to play 2 passes to each other is down to the coach. No one's demanding success. But we are demanding professionalism
One simple solution which our whole coaching team and heads of methodology seem to have overlooked is to move the damn ball quicker. One of the reasons we can't progress the ball forward is that our midfield are constantly facing our goal. If we moved the ball quicker they'd have time to turn and face forward. Plus here's some Neanderthal thinking....... go long and turn the other team round so we're running towards their goal for a change. And maybe just maybe if we go long it will create more space in midfield.
Anyone know much about amps? I need some advice and am currently playing through my Boss Katana 50. At my last band practice I played through a Marshall which blew me away in the sound difference as it was a valve amp. Now I'm looking at valve amps. Has anyone had issues with servicing them etc? Are they a pain to maintain. Any advice appreciated.
If it's purely about the business model then Walsh. If it's common sense then Nardi. However if we do go Nardi then we won't ever get a cent for Walsh. He'll either run his contract down or we'll have to give him away.
