Went to Wolves and Liverpool game with a car full of R's . Unbelievable crush outside , stood in the away end. The games finished at 9.10 back then , looked at the clock at 9.00 and Wolves were still one nil up, Steve Kindon , they had to win to stay up. Bloody long and silent journey back to North London. As others have said drew away at Sheffield United and then a shit show at Norwich. 59th Season coming up , what can you do ? COYRS

Bang Average at best , giving it Bertie Big Bollocks at our place on more than one occasion. Pleased for Sunderland , i know a few of their fans and all were sound. Just need the scum to get beat this afternoon and the end of the season is looking more positive.

I thought he was excellent when he reverted to the back four/five, They had four forwards up top as the game progressed. He looked quick , took no shit from Morris and was vocal , also calm on the ball when he had time and launched it when necessary. Very impressive start .

Watford - giving it the biggun’
at 15:46 6 Jan 2025

Tin Pot , two bob club, first went there in August 1969 , Won 1 Nil , Barry Bridges, i think it is still their largest home league attendance. They had just come up and we had come down.

Baileys ? Bernard Manning and a Chicken in a Basket , had a few nights in there , pretty ropey club !

Took over the place when we got promoted , was in the Upper stand to the side of the away end , R's everywhere , as Clive says they are as soft as dog shit and going no where !

I was also in the Loft that night , as said the Hammers were in there in numbers , not very pleasant , had to keep a low profile as the goals went in. Forest were a top side , one nil up and i think they Martin O'Neil nicked an equalizer at the Loft End with a couple of minutes to go , it was ever thus !

End of Term Report 23/24 – Goalkeepers
at 15:14 17 May 2024

The missed cross against Cardiff which gifted them a second goal just after we had equalised deflated the the team and the whole ground. That did it for me. Happy to shake hands and say bye bye. I was at Coventry and thought Walsh looked excellent , he needs to be playing now , we wasted a year with Semy after his loan at Doncaster. He has the physique and looks confident, give him a go .

Will be in the Crown and Sceptre for 3.00pm , have to agree with the OP , we have to be on it big time , the Scum shit the bed when they came here after many a year. It will be sold out and we need to do our bit. Like the Kick off time , will know the other results and expect a fantastic atmosphere and noise. Was unable to go yesterday and it was a shite afternoon until Nakki popped up on 110 minutes. it is down to us now , lets get this thing done , sick of looking at the League table , Huddersfield , Birmingham , Stoke , Sheff Wed , bollocks to that we are staying up ! Come on my team , You R's

Horrible bunch of no marks , openly selling Bull Dog in and outside that shit hole of a ground, would not step in side of that place unless we are playing. Happily been there when we have won in the 70's 80's and 90's .

Big club my arse , 8000 there at home games ,

Fcuk them big time !

Edgware Town , many afternoons spent at the old White Lion Ground , sadly now gone. They have relocated to Silver Jubilee Park in Kingsbury and ground share with Hendon , not the same though , 3 G Pitch !

He is unable to produce the type of goal he scored at home to Boro last season. I will be vey surprised if he gets a deal with a top ten championship side and we have to cut our ties and let him walk away. Could end up at Hibs with Luke Amos

I agree with Clive , we are just not good enough. Chris Willock has lost that yard of pace and can not go pass a defender, whether he lacks the energy , desire or is protecting his hamstring i do not see him getting it back. He knows it and was evidenced yesterday. Chair to move inside as a ten , Paul Smyth wide right , EDB with either Field or Colback whoever is suspended. Do not think it will be enough but we have to give it a go . The Division is a crock of shit and you never know !

Poor substitutions

EDB i think was injured and had signalled to the bench , i would have brought Drewe on at moved Cannon into right midfield , keeping Smyth out wide as he was effective . As Clive says we are shuffling the chairs on the titanic. The mistake by Begovich just killed us and the crowd. I would have Joe Walsh back , can not be any worse . I am always positive but i also think we are done. My first game was in October 1966 , home to Grimsby , Division Three so we will be back there again , what the hell , will still be coming back with the boys , it aint about the football , just the day with family and friends , COYRS

I was also there , first away game , aged 14 , on the Supporters Coach. It was like a war zone behind the goal , with the end shared with the home fans and a line of police in between. Think we nicked a late equalizer in a 2 all draw. Great day out and the beginnings of a fantastic side and era.

Bloody hate them , first went there in August 1969 , Barry Bridges scored in a one nil win , there biggest ever league crowd . Glenn Roeder shuffle and Stan in another win , got gubbed twice by four by them ! We are in a bloody mess and if Kakay , Dozell and Albert are starting i am not crossing the doors till Monday.

2 Nil to the Superhoops , Come on my team !!
