Would add Brentford’s total wage bill is around 100 mill a year which to me is staggering considering they bring in around 15 mill in gate money.This is one of the lowest wage bills in the premier league even more staggering.Still feel this will all come crashing down very soon this is not sustainable.What business runs on the basis of making sure you only lose 105 million over three years and they want to increase it,insane. |

Yes I watched it but Parish doesn’t own Crystal Palace he has a 10% share although he is responsible for the day to day running of of the club. |

Very poor performance from Brentford who I thought were beaten by a team who played as a team rather than individuals playing for themselves.Excellent crowd that would have given all the players great experience although I doubt if any will make it to wear first team shirts. |

Last nights dramatic finish to the game yet another example of what a fantastic league the championship is.Then look at the 4 th an5 th worst teams in the PL battling it out in Bilbao next week for a place in the Champions League next season as they say the games gone. |

It’s not rocket science or luck as some have suggested it’s having a plan and sticking with it and be prepared to lose some on the way.Rosler Warburton and Smith for example.For the fans there is no fun in seeing your best players sold and being replaced by unknowns from lower leagues in Uk or Europe.losing in the playoff final and then selling Watkins and Benrahma didn’t go down well with fans either (all fans have high expectations Mr Bircham) |

You are correct Brentford were a great watch most of the time in the championship and they were the best years for me.We turned into a very physical side who were very hard to beat playing long up to Toney.I must admit I thought we would only last one season.Getting relegated from PL will be grim when it comes seeing your team get beat every week but the championship is a happy landing place for me,as long as we don’t do a Luton something I didn’t see coming. |

I’ve heard many times recently of the theory that promoted teams need to have experienced PL players to survive I don’t go along with that.Brentford got promoted through the play offs after finishing 3rd behind Norwich and Watford and ended up 8 th without signing any of these players.
You need to have signed players that can be improved to manage the step along with a coaching team to achieve this.The current situation though needs addressing as the gap is getting to a point where established teams only need to win around 10 games to survive and if this continues the PL will be like a closed shop something the American owners would love and I for one hates.
After 4 seasons in the PL apart from the first season each season has become less enjoyable at times just plain boring.No criticism of my club they have played a blinder but for legacy fans like me,(its what we are called these days ) these are far from the golden years in my long time of following the team all over the country. |

Thought it was brilliant watching the scores coming in this afternoon other fans moan about the quality of the Championship but nobody can question the unpredictability that makes it soo much better than the PL. |

Been there twice with virgin holidays and it’s a great place to visit just checked and see they have stopped flying there.Might get more luck if you travel from mainland Europ like Paris or Madrid. |
