I am a Texas based subscriber to SwansTV for a number of years. I have a number of issues with the service
- There should be centralized area on the website / app dealing with subscriptions, feedback and a chat feature that is live leading up to game - I find it very frustrating to go searching for avenues to communicate with Swans TV - On a number of occasions including recent games of a dialogue box telling me I need a subscription to watch a game despite being a monthly subscriber for many years…this has resulted in me paying a one off fee to watch the game - Given today’s technology I find the service years out of date and poor
