I have just read the email and what comes across is he is a delusional man
He is stating what Morton house said that we are skint and have no money and will not survive
That we are in trouble with the EFL regarding the shares that the EFL have said Morton House can’t own because they do did pass their directors test and Rochdale will be hit with fines
As far as I understand Rochdale are in talks with the EFL about this and it is all down to legal terms etc..
He said he is opposed to Rochdale issuing more Shares which means that we most do in passing the EGM to issue more shares as it will dilute his shares which is what we want
We need to keep this idiot out of Rochdale and any football club EFL need to grow some and tell him to -iss off |

Here an email I got from the EFL today
Thank you for your email, we note your comments and your concern.
The EFL continues to work with Rochdale AFC, Morton House Mgt and First Form Construction Limited alongside a number of other individuals in relation to applications under the EFL’s Owners’ and Directors‘ Test.
Based on discussions to date, the EFL has reserved its position in respect of any matters arising out of the ongoing situation at the Club and will take the most appropriate action available to it under its Regulations.
In relation to your query regarding comments allegedly made, any allegations in relation to discriminatory comments are matters for the Football Association which can investigate any individual who is subject to the FA Rules at the time the comments were allegedly made.
Any further comment will be made at an appropriate time
Not much has been added but I wanted them to know our position that we don't want this take over |

This is good on the share front as the last email I got from the trust said they had the shares
But this read a lot better in our favour
As to get the shares they need to pass EFL test first
Can someone not get to the 2 Americans and get their shares off them this weekens the deal for the 2 low life scum trying to take over our club
I’ve not even mention the 2 F**knits who we get rid of as directors with one trying to sell us down a river for a long time he is a no good little shit who needs to crawl under a rock |

No the sale of shares so longs as its under 50% is a private matter between 2 parties
The ELF only get involved when it goes over 50% and also the board at Dale as they have to sign it off
Not sure what happens next but as you say if we can make sure the Trust can get over 50% of share voting we should be OK
Then the shares that these 2 own will not be worth having |

It is our belief that with the current shareholders, there is sufficient support to form a co-operative of over 50% of the shares that can stand together to fight off the unwanted interest from Curran and Rose. If we can gain sufficient support, we believe we can end any chance of Curran and Rose getting a majority stake in the Football Club.

If you are considering selling your shares, can we please ask that you do not sell to Rose, Curran or their company Morton House? If you are wanting to sell your shares, please let us know and we may be able to put you in contact with someone from within the Dale family to ensure that the Club remains safe.

We are writing to you today as a follow up to our email from three weeks ago when we wrote regarding our concerns that an individual was buying up shares in the Football Club. It is our understanding that Andrew Curran and Darrell Rose have purchased around 42% of the shares in the Football Club using an intermediary called Alex Jarvis. We know a number of shareholders have been contacted, and we know that there has been more contact in the past three days following the announcement that the Trust had purchased 50,000 to help safeguard the club. |

Have you seen the latest from the Trust
Just had an email saying that the horrible twosome have now got 42% of the shares in Dale
They want to know who has been contacted by them sending proof of emails etc
And to let the Trust know that you don't want to sell if you do let them know first |

both will be missing the Accy game
