Yes and in this case, he is already our player and we have extended his contract more than once, in the belief that he will come good and has been deemed by many at the club that he is the best finisher. So now after finally realising his promise and coming good would the club let him go. The question is, one of Kolli and Lloyd would need to be sent out on loan next season otherwise none of three will get enough game time, and this is where the club need to think carefully and act wisely. |

If i remember correctly, the club were after Scott Parker, but for reasons i cannot remember couldn't get him. Fernandes then offered to get Barton, and with time running out and the desperation to bring experienced top flight and big names players which is what Fernandes wanted, Warnock agreed. |

If, Marti is sacked, if. Then Nourry and Belk should be too. Of the three Marti is the one with the least blame.
Any new manager would face the same issues Marti has, albeit some of the injured players are returning to fitness and others will shortly follow.
The owners should make public their intent on ensuring Marti remaining and if it comes to it be the one who leads our promotion push from L1 next season, the manager is not the problem/issue here. |
