Darlington are the visitors to "Fortress Vetch" on Saturday afternoon as the Swans look to consolidate their position at the top of the League Two table after regaining top spot with the midweek win over Leyton Orient.
Swan's boss Kenny Jackett may well have to re-shuffle his pack with the likelihood that midfielder Andy Robinson will miss the game after pulling a muscle in his side on Tuesday night. With winger Brad Maylett awaiting a hernia operation, Leon Britton is expected to take Robinson's place. However there is good news for the Swan's manager, with Andy Gurney coming through 90 minutes against Orient with no reoccurrence of his back problem.
Jackett's opposite number David Hodgson will be without skipper Craig Liddle, who will be spending a month on the sidelines whilst recovering from a leg injury. Joey Hutchison, Curtis Fleming and Neil Wainwright are also ruled out, whilst Steve Thomas may return after a groin injury.
This match will certainly be a severe test for the Swan's defence, with the Quakers boasting an all ex-premiership strike force of Clyde Wijnhard, Craig Hignett and Alun Armstrong. Hopefully our own front line, lead by striker Lee Trundle can fire the Swans further ahead of the chasing pack.
