Dale striker Scott Hogan has been named as the PFA Player of the Month for League Two for the month of September.

Hogan had been put forward for the award after a successful month in which he helped Dale record four victories out of four and finished the month as top scorer for the division.

It's been quite a start to Hogan's Football League career. He's established himself in the Dale side and this is his second award of the season having won the Trust Player of the Month for August.

His fellow September winners were Aaron Ramsey (Arsenal), Danny Ings (Burnley) and David Mooney (Leyton Orient).
