![]() Wednesday, 28th Jul 2010 07:34 by Marko The men that Leeds United just can't give away! Is Simon Grayson's modest moves in the transfer market this summer all down to the wage-bill? Leeds have brought in six players, all on free transfers/nominal fees and success-starved United fans are craving a last minute signing flurry between now and the start of the season or at least the closure of the transfer window. However four players Simon Grayson clearly has no future plans for, are still on the Elland Road payroll. Andy Robinson, Lubo Michalik, Tresor Kandol and Alan Sheehen all missed United's 3-1 win over SK Brann. They were told to find new clubs at the end of last season, but as we approach August they are still Leeds United players. Robinson's agent told Sky Sports that he was "bemused" no-body has made an offer for his client. Robbo's Mister Ten Percent believes the former Swansea player can do a job in the Championship. That remains to be seen as Robinson could not break into the League One Leeds side, however his wages are thought to be the main factor - Tranmere took him on loan last season but declared they could not afford to keep him permanently. Michalik has Premiership experience if not Premiership class. Kandol, despite his many critics, has scored regularly in the lower-Divisions and Sheehan was a prominent part of a Swindon side who made the League One play-off final last term. Any takers?
