Gary Simpson takes a Macclesfield Town side just up the road to Congleton tonight to face the Bears.  Its going to be a chance for the fringe players to show the gaffer what they can do.

Hamza Bencherif will get another 45 minutes under his belt on his road to recovery whilst new signing to be Jack Cudworth will start in goal.

Trialist Jason Beardsley will be given a final chance to impress the watching boss.  The defender was playing in the USA earlier this year but came home after a bout of homesickness.

A few of John Askey's youth team will also make the starting XI.

Kick off is at 7.45pm.
