Utter bollox, being proud of being welsh has nothing to do where you live, all about freedom of movement which we have. I moved because it gave me the opportunity to give my children the best possible upbringing that I could at the time

Why are some people somehow reluctant to class themselves as being British even though they were born here and lived most of their lives here? Strange.

I am Welsh and British. Whenever I've been abroad people have asked if I'm English. My normal response is "No Welsh but we're all British"
I have no problem being British. It's just that to the Welsh nationalists British means English!!
It doesn't mean I'm ashamed to be Welsh, far from it. In a sporting context I find nationalism ok. But in political and social contexts nationalism is only ever trouble.

	Just my opinion, but WTF do I know anyway?
