Has anyone been able to get any information on the differences between each category? Thinking of going for Cat 3 but would like some more info on what tier/position the seats will be in.

No idea. When you book England tickets you can. I would buy on the phone if you want a particular block.

Went to the FA Cup final last year in Cat 3/4 and the view is fantastic, as are all seats at Wembley. Takes a few minute to adjust to the height and angle of the seats, but you'll do fine watching up there.

Don't think so. More expensive and depends on additionals like food, drink etc as per the package bought.
