That's almost 25% increase.

£148 mine is JF for what I don't know, we got to recycle everything, but worse still is the amount of fecking bins etc we have to store fecking eyesore, plastic box for bottles, one for paper, bag for cardboard and plastic bottles, stuff and a food bin. plus the main fecking bin. Council tax only equates to around 20% of the councils budget. It is going up due to the continual cutting of the local government grant by the Welsh Government in Cardiff.
Councils have made massive savings and cutbacks over the last few years yet the grant from Cardiff Bay keeps getting smaller and smaller.
I'm sure it will come to a big surprise to everyone that the lowest cut was given to Cardiff......
