Anyone watching? I put it on when I got home from the daily slog enjoyed Lewis Capaldi he was excellent, Alanis Morissette was decent as well.
Used to think about going, but wading through those crowds to see different acts on the different Stages would pee me off immensily, |

Is fantastic travelled up on it to Hereford on Friday and it's a magnificent feat of Engineering, all went well until I was 3.5miles just outside Hereford and it took me 20 minutes to travel those 3.5 miles 
Just come back on A465 and it's a fantastic, spoilt by the 50mph restrictions by Brynmawr and Gilwern. |

Anyone used them or using them? one of the nursing assistants who call here has lost a load of weight along with her husband.
I've started cutting back mon to fri, but I relax a little on the weekend, don't overdue the booze just 3/4 bottles, I do have a few glasses of Red.
I've no intention of doing the jabs though not at my age I just don't trust them |

Mrs and Me finished watching series 4 safternoon sorry it to see the series end, we've enjoyed all 4 series so far this last one series 4 was the best for me.
