So the season's over and off they go on their holidays and sure enough 3 footballers are arrested over the alleged sexual assault/rape of a 19 year old girl. Not debating their innocence or guilt but surely they should have enough sense to not put themselves in his position.
I don't understand the folly of youth these days , especially with this roasting malarkey why would you want to have a go on a bird that your mates been having a go at and the mate before
And Bowles is onside, Swinburne has come rushing out of his goal , what can Bowles do here , onto the left foot no, on to the right foot
That’s there that’s two, and that’s Bowles

It’s not just footballers who have sh*t judgement. What about the MP who threw out the private members’ bill on making upskirting a criminal offence.
On what possible universe would anyone think it shouldn’t be illegal to film up women’s skirts?
This charmer also claimed £136k in parliamentary expenses, votes against same sex marriage and the Alan Turing bill to pardon one of our greatest ever Englishmen. He also voted against the ban of wild animals In circuses. And stopped a bill that would have limited car parking charges on carers.
He was recently knighted for services to politics....
People actually vote for this man to represent them in making laws that govern this country. He’s not just paid to kick a football around. This alarms me more.

Guy got nearly 70% of the vote in his constituency. I think you'll find a lot of those people probably agree with everything he does. They would however vote for Pol Pot, Charles Manson or Jack The Ripper as long as they were wearing a blue rosette.
Mind blowing that the bill for 'upskirting' was blocked, literally beggars belief. I'm astonished it's taken this long, you'd have thought that was done years ago.
What i will say, though, he didn't block that bill, he blocks every bill they try to push through on a friday as a matter of principle.
"Sir Christopher is a leading member of a group of backbench Conservatives who make a practice of ensuring that what they see as well-meaning but flabby legislation is not lazily plopped on to the statute book by a few MPs on a poorly attended Friday sitting. So, however worthy the cause, he insists on proper, extensive scrutiny, and he has spent most Commons Fridays for the last 20 years doing just that. Indeed, a few minutes before he blocked the upskirting bill, he forced a delay to Seni's Law, which also had strong support from the government. He also opposed plans to give police dogs and horses extra legal protections from attack."
Which clearly means the government have something dodgy in the way they are drafting some of these bills. I don't trust any of them. A weird situation.
Re footballers alledged gang rape, too depressing too comment.
Ps Obviously, i don't want to come across like i'm defending the bloke; i'm not, blocking a law like that over a point of principle is absolutely fcuked. Just saying, it's a little more complex than the media are portraying.

Y’know, I’m the bloke who was once working (must be getting on for forty years ago), in a Labour Hall, that spotted an internal party memo, which I then passed on to a national newspaper, describing the Irish residents of Brent South as willing to vote for a pig if it was wearing a red rosette. To be fair, my father was employed by both Brent’s Labour and Conservative Parties and I overheard disturbing conversations in both camps.

Correctemundo, I’ve never forgotten the tear we went on with Nottm Forest’s squad in ‘78 or 9,when myself and a mate bumped into ‘em in a Benidorm bar. Surprise, surprise, Archie Gemmill organised the beer and Peter Shilton the (for want of a better word),ladies.
