A good friend of mine is trying to gather some recollections of Pele’s visit in the 1970s or 1980s for Westminster archives.

It’s related to this photo taken in late 70s or early 80s.

Does this ring any bells for anyone? Any former members remember this visit?

I know the closest lad on the left getting a low five from Pele. He posted a FB message today with the same photo describing meeting one his all time heroes.

Likely. The Oxford & Kilburn boys club was part funded by Oxford colleges. Noblesse oblige.
