Let’s just they did it as the lyrics do potentially make light of a domestic violence killing. Let’s just say the WRU did it for the right reasons as they didn’t think it was right for this to be an official song that is played in 2023. On the face it, probably a good thing.

IF, they had simply quietly dropped it without big fanfare (as they had apparently done for half time ) and if it just so happened to coincide with the week where’d they’d been publicly lambasted for an allegedly toxic environment. The news is now all about this not the WRU’s supposed behaviour.

It may be that Nigel Walker is legitimately trying to sort things out and this is the first step but it seems to be an awful coincidence
