Alan Sheehan : What about the level those job offers came from ! on 09:30 - Apr 4 with 1235 views | Fireboy2 | I just knew there was something good about sheehan. Reading that report has made me glow, stay up this season, the owners need to sign him up and back the man then we will see something good come from it.
Alan Sheehan : What about the level those job offers came from ! on 10:50 - Apr 4 with 1071 views | JACKMANANDBOY | Sheehan is an interesting proposition, a journeyman player with 17 different spells at a number of clubs, he only stopped playing 3 years ago and has seen the ups and downs of managing with Nathan Jones and at Swansea. Who knows what he's really thinking, but there is some value in assuming that he wants some time to really learn about managing and of course, managers get sacked at some stage.

This was a brilliant report. I based my opinion on AS based on very little knowledge. What else could I do at the time. Reading that has completely changed my mind. Apart from the obvious about A's abilities the transition would be so much easier. He knows the current squad inside out Lready so would hit the ground running. A new manager would be starting from scratch again.

It will come with some raised eyebrows but in time will be proven perfectly correct.

Alan Sheehan : What about the level those job offers came from ! on 18:18 - Apr 4 with 722 views | PatchesOHoulihan | I believe we’ve seen an improvement in what he has been able to deliver in the 2nd spell from what we saw in the 1st. The only real negative was Burnley home when we folded after going behind so early (which we immediately rectified against Leeds) There are a lot of positives for Sheehan getting the job, and at the very least he needs to stay here
